ジンギスカンはカセットコンロ(イワタニの薄いコンロ「フー」)の上にジンギスカン鍋を置くタイプです。
カウンター席でいただきましたが、店主からはジンギスカンの焼き加減について「うちは弱火で長時間掛けて焼きます」と説明があり、コンロの火加減調整ツマミも店主側に向いているため、弱火で焼くことになります。
