『 日本酒×和創作料理 香酒 鞘 』さんへ✨
場所は 帯広街中。ホテルCABIN さん向かい。
外観は グレー壁の2階建の2階。
内観は 綺麗で 現在は 全室完全個室。
18時予約。
先客なし、後客2組。
★平日限定飲み放題 (ﾄﾞﾘﾝｸ多め) 1,815円(税込)。
★お通し (ロールキャベツ)(値段未確認)。
★蒸し牡蠣 680円(税込)。
★竹の子と旬野菜の天婦羅盛り 800円(税込)。
★手羽元のオーブン焼き 800円(税込)。
★チーズ盛り合わせ 750円(税込)。

通常のコンソメスープで煮込むのではなく、和風出汁で煮込んでありお通しから和テイストで出汁強く 美味しいです✨
☆竹の子の天婦羅。
3種の塩でいただく旬な竹の子は ほんのりと ほろ苦さ残りシャキシャキ触覚で私好みで とても美味しいです✨✨
☆手羽元のオーブン焼き。
オレンジの柑橘系の余り風味と、バルサミコの酸味あり お肉は皮目パリパリっと仲間は柔らかくでジューシーで とても美味しいです✨✨
同席した友達が生魚が苦手なのが残念(笑)
