I made a reservation two weeks in advance for a restaurant I was interested in for a drinking party at work! I heard that it was popular, so I tried to make a reservation as early as possible (lol), so I was able to make a reservation so I went to the store on the same day. It's a narrow store in front of Premier Hotel CABIN. Climbing the stairs, I found the shop on the second floor and was shown to my seat, and to my delight, I was seated at a table with a sunken kotatsu! ! ! This makes me happy, and today's menu is on the table! Super nice 4000 yen course menu↓ ・Asparagus salad ・Spring cabbage and chicken dumplings cocotte ・Grilled chicken thighs with potatoes ・Root vegetables with shiso vinegar ・Squid minced meat cutlet ・Soba noodles Incorporate seasonal items from the asparagus salad that comes first. A colorful and gentle taste. All the dishes were delicious and the taste was just right and the course was easy to eat! Personally, my favorite is grilled chicken thighs with potatoes! It's a luxurious dish to eat butter-like melting potatoes and chicken thighs together. And squid minced meat cutlet! The soba noodles are filled with small pieces of squid, freshly fried, and have the best crunchy sound (˙▿˙).The buckwheat noodles are also warm and are the perfect way to end this wonderful course. It warmed my heart and body. The drinks are generally low in alcohol, so you can't help but gulp them down (lol).I recommend the Yuzu Sour!
