予約していきましたが、入り口に一番近く、はみ出したような席に通されました。料理も美味しいものはなく、値段も高め。残念でした。目玉のはずの限定料理もパサパサのお肉のステーキ。最後のスープもしょっぱくて‥。

"Farmer's Bar" is directly managed by a Wagyu beef producer. It offers a selection of carefully selected ingredients from over 85 Tokachi farms, including organic vegetables, fertilizer-free, pesticide-free vegetables, winter-overgrown vegetables, cows raised with care for the soil and pasture, free-range pigs, and milk that is only pasteurized at low temperatures. There are a total of 82 types of dishes, including 300 yen dishes, 500 yen dishes, and a la carte dishes. There are also 75 types of drinks, including the original brandy spritzer, wine, cocktails, Tokachi shochu, and Hokkaido sake. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy a wide variety of delicious ingredients with friends, family, and loved ones.
