Croissant d'Amande (260 yen) The crispy croissant, sticky honey and crumbly cookie make it even sweeter the more you chew it♪ Sakura bean paste pie (280 yen) When you bite into it, you can smell the soft aroma of butter. The cherry blossom paste wrapped in gyuhi has a new texture with a crispy pie! Be sure to check out this shop's gyuhi series! Perilla ham roll (230 yen) The fluffy bread is accented by the texture and aroma of the sesame seeds sprinkled on top. The ham and cheese go well together, and the scent of the shiso leaves is a little different. Walnut cheese (280 yen) A combination of fluffy bread with a firm crust and plenty of walnuts and cheese. Kinpira Cheese Oyaki (230 yen) The soft and fluffy dough goes perfectly with the crunchy burdock salad with mayonnaise! The bread dough at this shop is made with wheat from Hokkaido and contains no additives. Looking at the flyer, it appears that they do not use any emulsifiers to keep the bread soft, any yeast food or leavening agents to give the bread volume, and no preservatives.Whether this is a good thing or not is up to individual opinion, but it shows how much effort goes into making bread. And it's easy to imagine how much more difficult it would be if you didn't use these.
