帯広で飲みに行こうと街をぷらぷら歩いていると、３日前にオープンしたばかりですと店外で声をかけられ折角なので入ってみることにしました。
お店の名前は胤（たね）と呼びます。
メニューを拝見すると基本的な居酒屋メニューが並ぶなか、海鮮パフェという物がありスタッフさんに伺うと海鮮丼をパフェの様な形にしましたとの事。おそらく写真としては映えるのだろうが、お米も入ってるので辞めときました。
注文は刺盛り、牡蠣、串（ポンポチ、ささみ、月見つくね）。刺盛りは綺麗に盛り付けられています。凄く新鮮とまではいかないが鮮度はそこそこ良いですね(^^)
串焼きと牡蠣はとても美味しかったです♪
日本酒はラインナップが良い。飲んだ事の無い鍋島ニュームーンというお酒を注文。やや辛口ですがまろやかで口当たりが良い(^^)甘海老と相性が抜群でした！
オープンしたばかりなので店内も綺麗。お店の雰囲気も活気あり良かったですね！
