久しぶりの竹老園です。
釧路近郊に住んでいる(いた)人は皆んな推しの蕎麦屋があると思いますが、竹老園は釧路の蕎麦屋の代表なので、皆んな好きなのではないでしょうか。
いつも結局同じようなメニューを選択してしまいますが、今日は海老天かしわ。スープにかしわの旨みも入って一段と美味しい。親鳥(おそらく)のかみごたえも好き。ネギもいい仕事している。
わりと量は多い方だと思いますが、スープも飲み干す美味しさでした。
蕎麦は緑色で、これが良いんだけど、いわゆる手打ちの高級蕎麦みたいなのとは違うから、これが釧路の蕎麦なんだなって別物として食べていただくとよいかもしれません。
美味しかった〜。
