明治7年創業の老舗名店。かしわ抜きスープ、蕎麦、そば寿司、全て美味しく頂きました。門外不出と言われるそば寿司は、北海道必食の一品
特製品コースを頂きました。かしわそばからかしわを抜いた＂かしわ抜き(スープ)＂、更科を卵で繋いだ＂蘭切りそば＂、抹茶が練り込まれた＂茶そば"、甘酢で締めた＂そば寿司＂、全て美味しい至福のコースです
蘭切り蕎麦は甘味のある喉越しが良い更科、その後は風味のある茶そばとコース全体として、上手くまとまっていると思います。最後に出される門外不出のそば寿司は、ここでしか味わえません。宮様もお気に召した名店、蕎麦通の方は訪問必須かと思います
