道東の旅⑪
おいしそうなケーキが並ぶショーケースがあり、一見喫茶店のようですが、
よく見ると、テーブルの下にはお湯が張られている…
足湯ができる喫茶店なんて……面白いです。
今回は時間もないので、普通のテーブルに着席することにしました。
こちらには、レイクロブスター（ウチダザリガニ）を使ったパスタ、
「ザリボナーラ」があるということで、それを注文します。
カルボナーラにザリガニの肉をプラスして「ザリボナーラ」です。
ザリガニのスープ缶も購入しましたが、お店でも食べてみたかったのです。
パスタの間にザリガニの肉がちらほらと散見できますが
味はまぁ、カニというかエビというか、確かにそのものです。
ソースの味はクリーミー。とてもクリーミー。いやはやクリーミー。
なので粉チーズや胡椒などで味に変化を与えるのも楽しいです。
店内にはアイヌの工芸品やアクセサリーも販売されていました。
