“韓国風”の焼肉店はどこにでもありますが、本場韓国の骨付きカルビを出す店は帯広・釧路では他に知りません。
お店の中は韓流スターの写真が貼ってあったり、韓国の人形がディスプレイされたりで韓国もしくは新大久保に来た気分です。もちろん見かけだけではありません。
『こひゃん』の「骨付き牛カルビ」二人前1,800円は単なる骨付きではなく、骨がついた長〜いカルビ肉をくるくる巻きつけてあります。わたし釜山に旅行したことありますが、そこで食べた骨付きカルビがまさにこれで翌日また同じ店に行った覚えがあります。
骨付きカルビは焼くところも楽しいです。
焼き台にのせたらコロコロ転がして細長く続くカルビ肉をひろげます。両面焼いたらハサミでチョキチョキ切ります。女子とのデートなら楽しく盛り上がるポイントです。
肉のタレは2種類。
右側のはゴマ油に塩・コショウだそうです。てっきりおろしニンニクかと思いました。キャベツ千切りを巻いてもグーですよ。
「ナムル」580円は6種ものナムル盛り合わせでお得かも。
釧路の街全体が“食べログ未開の地”とでもいっていい状態で、食べログに掲載されてない・地図表示も適当・口コミ数も少ないですが、たくさんのいい店が埋もれていそうです。
