<This is a review while the comment section is closed> This is a shop I've been interested in for a while. The food looked delicious and the Hokkaido-like ingredients were appealing. It's on the first floor of an old building, so it might be a little difficult to get in. I thought so, but since it was convenient for me, I decided to give it a try. It seems like you can get a course meal if you ask for it in advance, but I had originally thought it would be a la carte, so I passed on the course. sticky note? We chose what we liked from the unique menu, which had written menus taped onto them. It was a shame that there wasn't much fish in either the appetizer or the main course, but the course seemed to have been served properly. I guess it would have been better to have it as a course after all. Today's choices are as follows.・Deer ・Lamb ・Hokkaido Pork with mustard sauce Best of all, the shika is amazing! The quality of the meat was good, it was soft, it went well with the sauce, and the portion was big enough to share. It was probably the best deer I've ever had. Wine is a little pricey, the cheapest one was around 5000 yen.
