赤提灯横町。仕事の同僚に連れられて初来店。
装飾、ポスターで伝わる老舗感。
うずらの串が美味しいということで頼む。時期的にさんまの握りもあったのでそれも。
うずらはなんと殻付き。心配せずに食べられるという。なるほど、濃厚なウズラと、パリっとした殻の食感が何とも心地よく塩加減も絶妙。酒が次々進む。
続いてのさんまの握りも絶妙。臭みは全くなく新鮮そのもの。七味を少し付ける味付けを教えてもらい半信半疑で試すと、止まらない。日本酒を思わず頼む。
近くの酒屋から、いい感じのを1升毎回頼んでいるという。釧路といえば福司。それにこだわらない酒は流石の味わい。確か「三千櫻」。そんなに辛くはなく料理の邪魔をしない美味しい日本酒。
意外だがフライドポテトもあるらしく、バターたっぷりのフライパンに、ジャガイモからわざわざ包丁で成形したポテトを揚げていただく。とんでもなく背徳的であった。
遅ればせながらマスターの人柄はとても良く、こちらの要望（我が儘？）もいやな顔せず対応してくれる。釧路に来たら再訪したい。
