この日2軒目は連れと二人、鳥勢さんに訪問です。
20：20ころ伺いました。
前客なし、後客1組です。
オーダーは
・心臓（ハツ） 330円
・舌（タン） 330円
・肝臓（レバー） 330円
・鳥精肉 330円
・生ビール 550円×２
・ウーロン茶 330円
お通しはかすべの煮凝り。
これ美味しかったなぁ。
心臓と舌と肝臓は塩で、鳥精肉はタレにしてもらいました。
どの串も焼き加減が良い。
生ではないけど最低限火が通ってる、ってところで提供されます。
味つけも薄すぎず濃すぎずちょうどよい塩梅。
塩は始めにビリっとくるけど後を引かないのでしょっぱくない。
良い塩使ってるのかなぁ？
強いて言えば鳥精肉がもっと丸々太ってると嬉しい。
2軒目だったので串だけちょろっと食べてきましたが、
全部なかなか美味だったので今度は1軒目で伺ってみたいかも。
鍋もメニューにあったので寒い時期に食べに来たいな。
ちなみにこちらは喫煙可能店でした。
