2021年1月の話です。
佐良さんを後にして
いつものお店に年始の挨拶と思ったら
混んでいて入れません。
どうしよう？
帰るのも寂しいので、もう1軒
気になっているお店に行きましょう。
やって来たのは、鳥勢さん
ちょうど、鳥政さんの向かいあたりに
ありまして、クリスマスイヴに
どちらに入るか悩んだお店です。
入ると 小上がりに先客一組。
広い店内は、まるでお寿司屋さんのよう。
一番奥のカウンターに座ります
メニューが豊富で、焼き物、揚げ物
お刺身、定食まであります。
名前が「とりせい」なので焼き鳥の
お店という印象を強く持っていましたが、
自分の勘違いです。
で
注文したのは、
鳥精肉、心臓、モツ、
そして、カキフライ (大好きなんです)
寒いので熱燗で、いただきます。
お通しは、温泉たまご♪
シンプルで美味しい。
焼き鳥が来ました。
モツ串は、美唄焼き鳥みたいなのを
を想像してたらなんと 砂肝でした。
カキフライが来ました。
出来立て 中まで熱々です。
どれ食べても美味しいし
雰囲気が落ち着いていい
初めてですけど、居心地がいいので
今度は、ひとりで定食で一杯もいいかも。
さて満腹ですが、相方がもう1軒
と言っています。
満腹です。
