焼き物は炭火焼きで提供してくれます。
焼き鳥以外のメニューも豊富で、
炉端焼き使いや居酒屋使いの出来るお店です。
一応、焼き鳥がメインかと思われたので、
鳥精肉と鳥もつを注文。
至って普通。
串打ちも肉質も焼きも期待には叶わず……
ただし1人前3本で330円は安い（1本110円）です。
食中毒問題で今は提供が難しい「鳥刺し」があったのでオーダーしましたが、やはり表面は湯掻いて火を通しており、刺身というより「とりわさ」的な料理でした。
う〜〜ん……
何だか注文した料理全てがいま一つ物足りなかったです。
