夕食です。
むかーし1度食べた事があったんですが、
スッカラピンに味を忘れたので数十年ぶりに再訪です。
先日、ある情報誌に載ってた
『十勝かみこみ豚丼（税込1210円）』にします。
そして大好きな四字熟語の「数量限定」ですw
10分ほどで提供。
それではまずお肉を1枚戴きます。
ほわぁ〜♪♪
なんて上品な味のタレなんでしょう。
微かにお酒の香りもします。
決してタレだけが誇張せず、かみこみ豚の
甘さや旨味を良く引き出してます。
豚肉もソフティーながら、
ちゃんと歯ごたえのある肉質。
山椒を散らすと、更に風味がマシマシです。
これは美味しいっ！！
これだと、豚丼の本場帯広市でも
十分通用するんじゃないでしょうか。
また近いうちにリピします。

ランチです。
5日に続き連チャン訪問。
今日はアレンジ豚丼の
『行者にんにく豚丼（税込1070円）』をオーダー。
家内は『十勝かみこみ豚丼』です。
豚肉の上にタレに漬け込まれた様な
行者にんにくが鎮座。
さて、どうかな？
ん〜〜……
行者にんにくの風味はタレの味で消されちゃった感じ。
もっとパンチの効いた味を期待してたのでザンネン(><)
しかし、豚肉はとても美味しい♪
やはりレベルの高い豚丼屋さんと思います。
次はカレー豚丼にしようかな〜(´∀`)
豚丼が食べたくなったら
しばらくはこの店オンリーになりそうです。
