以前は「イワさんのホルモン」というお店でやられていた店主が
新しいお店をやっているという噂は、聞いていたんです。
念願かなってやっと行けました。
以前のお店と同じように七輪で色々と焼くことも出来ますが
一品料理が充実しています。
今回は、お刺身、たちの天ぷら、ホルモン、サガリをいただきましたが
どれを食べても美味しいし、幸せな気分になれます
店主の他に、女性店員が2人いらっしゃいますが
接客も釧路には珍しいぐらい丁寧で、居心地が凄くいいので
ついつい長居しちゃいたくなります。
今回6時半でほぼ満席でしたので、事前予約して
行くのがベストでしょう。
