1品1品の料理の仕事が丁寧という印象です。
豚ホルモンと上ミノの味付けが違うのにそれを感じました。
普通なら儲け主義＆手間を考え同じ味付けにするハズですが違いましたよ。
刺身の質もいいし、安定的に美味しい料理を提供してくれるお店ではないでしょうか。
刺身醤油も自家製かな？美味しかった！
ただこればかりはしょうがないですが、
混んでくると提供スピードが遅くなる。
ホール2人、調理2人で回している様なので仕方はないですね。
提供スピードのレスポンスが良ければ、
余裕で4.0点の評価を付けたくなるお店でした。
