ビーフカレー一本で勝負するお店☆

六甲全山縦走の西側半分22kmを完歩した後、
三宮まで地下鉄で移動し、目を付けていたお店に。

17時過ぎという中途半端な時間のせいか、先客二名
のみですんなり入店。

メニューはビーフカレーのみで、ライスのサイズ
を大でお願いし、玉子トッピングをリクエスト。
注文後、数分で提供されました。

牛すじをベースに16種類のスパイスの入ったルーは
さらさらで(まさにカレーは飲み物)、酸味を感じる
やや辛めの味わいで、卵を混ぜるとちょうど良い
辛さになりました。

個人的にはもう少し粘度の高いルーか、エスニック
な味わいが好みなので、リピートはしないと思い
ますが、三宮のカレーといえばSAVOYのカレーと
言われるソウルフードを味わえたことはとても満足
でした。ご馳走さまでした。

あと接客はとても親切で、お店に入ってから出る
まで気持ちの良い時間を過ごせました。
