とても柔らかく煮込まれてます。
少しお酢のような酸味もあります。
こちらも少し甘みがあります。
雰囲気、麺は苦手な方が多いかもしれません。
スープ、あばら肉は
八角や甘みと酸味が少し効いてるので
好みが分かれそう。
私は麺は以外は
八角が好きなので全体的には
好みのスープとあばら肉でした。
