大きなプックリとした物が5個。
中はシャキシャキのキャベツ。
焼きはオイリーだけど、これは好き❤️
《チャーハン小￥300》
しっかり味が付いて(柚子胡椒も効いているかな)、油でコーティングされたご飯はパラッと仕上がっています。
《柚子胡椒やきそば￥1000》
柚子胡椒が効いていて、豚肉・キャベツ・玉ねぎ・にんじん・れんこんが入っていて、刻み葱がかかっています。
麺はやわらかで太め。
今度はあばらそばを食べてみます。
接客が丁寧なハキハキしたショートカットの女性がお1人でされていました。
ずっとこちらの場所で66年されているらしいけど…
あの女性がずっとされているとしたら…お若く見えます✨
