神戸に家族で旅行に来たのですが、妻のたっての希望で、神戸北野ホテルで世界一の朝食を食べたい！とのこと。3月中に何度か予約のために電話したところ改装中ということで連絡つかずでしたがなんとか連絡がついて12時〜ブランチを予約しましたー！
なぜ世界一の朝食かと言えば、下記、HPからの抜粋です。

「世界一」と称されたフランス料理界の重鎮、ベルナール・ロワゾー氏の朝食メニュー。 フランスの名店 『ラ・コート・ドール（現ルレ・ベルナール・ロワゾー）』より受け継いだこの朝食が世界一たる所以は、「オーベルジュ」ならではのスタイルにもあります。 一つひとつ歓びを重ねるその一連のプロデュースが、かつて味わったことのない「食べる 感動」を生み出すのです。

確かにフレッシュでした！
飲むサラダと称される5つのドリンクは朝から酵素たっぷり頂けます！
今となっては新しくないですが、以前からこの発想していたのは凄いですね！
パンは2段でご用意！
食べきれない場合には、家に袋に入れて持ち帰ることができます。
個人的には甘くないパンに、3種類のバター（トマト、パセリ、プレーン）を付けてお塩を振って食べるのが絶品でハマりました！
トマトもパセリもプレーンも味わい深くそれぞれの表情があり楽しめますー！
タピオカ・オ・レがまた絶品！
グラノーラが合わせられており食感がサクッととプルっととが合わせ持ち今まで食べたタピオカでココイチです！
ヨーグルトは北野ホテルオリジナルで善玉菌が通常の10倍とのこと。
また、半熟卵は専用のエッグカッターで殻をとり、丹波の卵を室町時代から続くお塩で頂きますー！
このお作法自体がスタイルそのものですね！

思想があり、世界一と称されるわけですー！
