神戸タータンパティオランチ
土曜日のお昼に、神戸タータンのパティオランチにいかせていただきました。
席に着くと、まずスープとドリンクをビュッフェ形式で取りに行きます。北野ホテルでは、ホテルの入り口でレストラン利用客も受付をしてくれて、ロビーで待っていると1組ずつ順番に案内してくれるので、ビュッフェも全く混雑することなく取りに行くことができます。スープは全部で4種類くらいあり、どれも具沢山で美味しそう✨今回はポテトとチキンのクリームスープを選びました。チキンがごろごろ入っていて、とても食べ応えある美味しいスープでした。ドリンクビュッフェでは、世界一の朝ごはんでも提供されている、飲むサラダ4種類を味わうこともできます♪
スープを飲んでいると、お盆にのったかわいい料理たちが運ばれてきます。サラダ、前菜のトルティーヤラップ(サーモンと生ハム)・クロワッサンと丸ぱん、いちごジャムとオリーブオイル、抹茶ムースやいちご大福なんかのデザート6種、プチシュークリームとレモンケーキの盛りだくさんな内容！
最後にメインで、お肉かお魚が選べ、運ばれてきます。お肉を選びましたが、ヴェルダンでとっても美味しかったです。ソースの味が絶品で、さすがの北野ホテルクオリティでした。
写真には写っていませんが、ソフトクリームもビュッフェで取ることができます。
神戸タータンのコラボメニューということで、一人一枚、北野ホテルの刺繍が施された神戸タータンのハンカチをいただくことができました。
とっても最高のランチタイムを過ごすことができました。
神戸北野ホテルのナイトデサートビュッフェ
機会があって、土曜日の夜に予約していただき伺いました。受付時間はほぼ一律17時30分ですが、テーブルに順番に案内されるので、ビュッフェであまり広くはないスペースに料理が並んでいましたが、混雑することはありませんでした。
前菜やスイーツが一通りプレートで運ばれてきて、スープやちょっとした暖かいお料理、ソフトドリンク、ソフトクリームがビュッフェ形式です。なんとノンアルコールビールもありました✨少しプラスすれば、ワイン飲み放題のサービスもあってとってもお得！
一通り食べ終わったあとに、目玉であるミルフィーユが披露され、切り分けてテーブルまで持ってきてくれます。ちょうどその頃にデザートもビュッフェ台に並び、追加でデザートが食べられます。
ひとつひとつが美味しく、とにかくお腹いっぱいになり、満足感高めのビュッフェでした。甘いもの好きな方におすすめです♪

朝食付き宿泊費プランでうかがい、北野ホテルの明文、世界一の朝食をいただきました。
朝からカラフルで、目にも楽しい✨
飲むサラダは、200種類もレシピがあるらしく、以前と少しラインナップが変わっていました。これがサラダなので、一般的なお野菜のサラダはありません。
パンは温かいものが3種類(トースト、バケット、ミルクパン)、クロワッサン、パンオショコラ、フィナンシェの全6種類。食べ切れない分は持ち帰れるので、温かいものを中心にいただきます。今回驚いたのが、フィナンシェにきな粉ペーストをつけて食べる食べ方をオススメされたこと。これは持ち帰るとできないので、その場でいただきましたが、めちゃくちゃ美味しい！！新しい発見でした。
世界一の朝食って、初めて食べた時は期待値が高すぎて、正直こんな感じ？と思ったのですが、ゆっくりホテルステイを楽しんで、出かける最後にこちらをいただいて帰る。なんだかお家のような安心感というか…またここに帰ってこようと思わせる、これぞオーベルジュの楽しみ方なんだなと、だんだん理解できてきたような気がします。
最近は宿泊しなくても、ランチでこちらの朝食をいただけるようですが、ぜひ、宿泊込みで楽しまれることをオススメします。
