いつまでの期間か知りませんが、ランチであの世界一の朝食が食べられると言うことで妻が予約してくれました。
一度は行ってみたいやろと言われましたが、まあ、予想とすれば料金設定に対してクオリティは高くないだろうなという感じです。
以前、ヨットハーバーにあるイグレックで食べたことがあるのですが、雰囲気だけ素敵で、食材のクオリティは低いし、料理の技術は低いしと、とんでもない目にあったので、イメージが極端に悪いのです。
そもそも何故世界一の朝食と公に宣伝しても良いのかの根拠を私は知りません。
何かのコンクールで優勝してのであれば、何年の何なにコンクール優勝という言い方なら具体的なので宣伝しても問題ないと思いますが、何の前提もなく、世界一の朝食と言っていて、しかもイグレックの支店が物凄く美味しくないとなると非常に疑った見方になります。
そもそも何十年か100年前か知りませんが、今とは何もかもが違う時代にどこかの権威ある人か組織が世界一とコメントしたとしてもそれになんの価値があるのでしょうか？
そもそもタイヤの評価を私は非常に否定的に捉えているので、なるほどなと支店のクオリティからは強く感じるものがありました。
どうでも良い話ですが、私は常に歩くことを意識しているので、家から北野ホテルまで歩くのは苦になりませんが妻は嫌なようです。
高地トレーニングジムで鍛えていると言うのに、、、。
家から歩いて伺いました。
さて料理です。
ハムが2種類。
半熟の茹で卵。
あとは、ジュース5種類。
コーヒー。
ヨーグルト。
パンが4種類かな？
フィナンシェ。
スープ。
フルーツ。
パンを全部食べれば多少お腹が膨れますが、見た目ほどのボリュームはありません。
飲み物がメインなので。
食材のクオリティは良いです。
良いですが、フルーツは家で食べているレベルかそれより少し低く、蜂蜜は家で食べているレベル、パンは神戸なら簡単に買えるもの、卵は家で食べているものよりレベルが低く、ハムも家で食べているものよりもレベルが低く、コーヒーは論外に美味しくないという感じです。
どれも手に入れようと思えば簡単に手に入るもので、最高級の食材というわけではありません。
料理もないので、何か卓越した技術があるわけでもありません。
世界一、、、。
一人9000円弱。
9000円は、チッチャやバールチッチャでの料理の料金、コート・ド・ニュイのヴィラージュが買えるお金、お任せでリシュリュゥで軽く飲む時の料金。
全くお話になりません。
コスパが悪すぎます。
雰囲気も凄いというところは無く、裏の方はショボくて、接客も特別良いわけでも無く、一体全体何がどうなっているのやら。
一度獲得したブランド力とは恐ろしいものだなとは思いますが、はてさてアフターコロナの世界で外資系の運営で通用するのでしょうか？
