ローマピッツァが食べられるお店ってほんと少ないんです。わたしが激推ししている六甲の【イルベント】さんが関西では頭ひとつ出ているのではないかと思います。
そんななか、北野で頑張っておられるのがモンドールさん(^^)ローマピッツァを食べられるとあってお伺いしてきました☆
ローマピッツァの特徴として、生地がとても薄くてパリパリしてて軽い食感というのが、第一条件です。
それも均等に綺麗に丸く伸ばさないと焼きムラができるし、食感が悪くなりがち。
ですので、ナポリピッツァも技術要りますが、ローマピッツァもとても技術のいるピッツァです。
どんなピッツァが出てくるのかとても楽しみに注文しました。モッツァレラチーズにアンチョビ、それに薄切りのトマトが一面にのったピッツァにしました(^｡^)
トマトはどうしても水分が出やすいので、ローマピッツァの特徴である、パリパリした食感がどう影響するのか気になったからです。
まず、運ばれてきたピッツァを見てテンション上がりました。湯気がすごい立ち上ってる！
アツアツなのが、否応にも伝わってきます。
これは期待していいかも！
一口食べたら、水っぽくなんて全くありません。
トマトの旨味と酸味、そしてアンチョビの塩気をうまくモッツァレラチーズがまとめていて、とても美味しいです。生地もいい感じ。
とても美味しかったです。
大きさも申し分ないので2人でシェアして他のものも頼んでみてもいいかもしれませんね。
