残念ながら2020年12月末で閉店します。

カプレーゼはカプリ島(イタリア南部)のサラダという意味。

リコッタとは再び（ri）煮た（cotta）という意味のとおり、チーズ生成過程で生じたホエーを煮詰めて作ったもの。

12月末の閉店を惜しむ人たちで、この日は広い店内が満席でした。
