仲間内の忘年会という感じで訪問。
地鶏のコース料理で、刺身、焼き、鍋という内容です。
鍋は、水炊き、しゃぶしゃぶ、すき焼き、軍鶏鍋から選べて、この日は軍鶏鍋をチョイス。
なんでも、すき焼きの割下を鶏のスープで割ったものが、軍鶏鍋のスープになっているんだとか。
そのため、お味は少し甘辛というところですが、甘さが強いわけではないので食べやすかったです。
刺身は、一緒に行ったメンバーがちょっと苦手だったようで、その話をすると、熱した溶岩を持ってきてくださり、そこで自分で好きな焼き加減で食べることができます。
私は、刺身半分、焼き半分で各部位（ハツ、砂肝、もも肉、胸肉、ささみ）を食べました。
刺身ばっかり食べるより、この方がいろんな楽しみ方ができて良かったです。
焼きは、七輪でお店の方がちょうど良い焼き加減に調理してくださいます。
焼肉に行っても思うのですが、自分で焼くのも楽しいですが、このように高級なお肉の場合は、どういう焼き加減が一番良いのかいつも迷います。
その点、このお店のように店員さんが調理してくだされば、なんか安心感があり、ありがたいです。
焼いた鶏肉は岩塩を付けてで食べたのですが、これが美味しかった。
特にもも肉は地鶏の旨さを一番感じることができて、満足感が高かったです。
軍鶏鍋は、出汁が鶏の美味しさを引き立ててくれる程度のちょうど良い加減でした。
帰り際に、一人づつ炊き込みご飯の折詰をお土産にいただき、なんかさらに満足感が高まった感じです。
それほど大きいお店ではないですが、きれいな店内と、半個室的なテーブル、隣のテーブルとは十分に離れているので、お隣さんの声がうるさいということはなく、快適でした。
高級レストランのような堅苦しさはないです。
焼きや鍋の調理を店員さんがしてくださることや、帰りのお土産などのサービスは店の雰囲気と相まっていい感じです。
とはいえ、滅茶苦茶高いお値段でもないです。
酒好きのメンバーだったので、一人1万円近くになりましたが、食事をメインにすればもう少し安くなると思います。
私にとっては度々行けるようなお値段ではないですが、ちょっと贅沢して美味しいものをゆっくりと、という時には重宝するお店と感じました。
