昭和47年創業の老舗。
16:30の開店と同時に到着、すぐ着席。
続々ととお客さんが入ってくる。
お好み焼き すじ、玉子トッピングを注文。
お好み焼きは、外カリカリ、中ふわふわ。
神戸・長田名物のスジも良い味。
ソースは甘口と辛口があって甘口はあっさり、辛口は濃厚で、好みは辛口だった。
熱々鉄板で取り分けて食べるのが良き。
粉もんって美味い！
うす焼き、そば焼きも食べたい。
美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした。
