この日は久しぶりの友人との飲み会。
花隈の焼き鳥屋を経て３人でル・サロンに。
最初の一杯目はいつものモヒートで！と思いきや、
提供可能なのはあと一杯との事。
おそらくミント切れなのだろう、、
仕方なくマティーニへと注文切り替え。
同伴者は待望のモヒート、別でジントニックを注文。
いやいや、やはり美味しい。
店主の仕草、カクテルの完成度ともに素晴らしい。
マティーニのオリーブ&ピクルスはいつも通り別添え。
オリーブをどこでかじるか、永遠の課題である。
個人的にはその後はおすすめのスコッチで〆た。
同伴者がこの日のおすすめフルーツで頼んでいたオリジナルカクテルにも後ろ髪を引かれながら。。
