三宮から歩いて8分くらいの場所にあるこちらのお店。
西日本を代表とするオーセンティックバーとして有名。平日の22時くらいに訪問しました。
モヒートをオーダーするとだいぶ出たので時間がかかるとのことでした。
提供までは10分くらいですが目の前で作られるのを見るのが楽しかったです。
モヒート
すり潰したミントを氷と合わせて作られていました。
仕上がりは美しく、ミントを細かく潰しているだけありミント感がかなりあります。
見た目より量が少ないのが少し残念でした。
チャームはかなり充実。
白トリュフ風味のサラミ/パルミジャーノレッジャーノ/チョコ/ドライフルーツでした。
ゆっくりしたい時に行きたくなるお店。機会があれば再訪したいです。
