焼鳥 牛タン
基本、個人経営の居酒屋に行くことが多いワタクシですが、たまにチェーンの居酒屋に行くこともあります。それはそれ、大人の事情でございます。ごさっしくださいませ。
今回訪問したのは、阪急神戸三ノ宮駅の北側にある贔屓屋です。
この建物全部が贔屓屋なんだ、かなり大きな店だなぁ。
中に入りますと、地下のテーブルに案内されます。
寒いので日本酒の熱燗にしましょう。松竹梅豪快の大徳利\690を頼みます。
あれ、普通のとっくりやん。これが大徳利だったら普通のはどんなサイズなのかな？
っておもってたら、もう一本徳利がきました。間違えたんだそうです。
つきだしが来ます。\399×2でございます。
一つは里芋ばっかり、一つは里芋とちくわの煮込み。
まずは、焼鳥、ズリ（砂肝）\150×2、ボンボチ\100×2、皮\100×2を頼みます。全部塩で。それと、唐揚\390。
鳥攻撃でございます。
焼鳥はよく焼きです。一つ一つの肉が小さい。ズリなどはかなり硬くなってます。
唐揚はどうでしょう、ムネでしょうかモモでしょうか？ こんなお店でもムネモモ問題が気になってしまうワタクシでございます。
よかった、もも肉だ。
牛タンステーキ\990を頼みましょう。
牛タンは牛タンですが、焼加減がなんかどうもちょっと。
チェーンの居酒屋で細かいことをいうのはやめましょう。
海鮮サラダを頼みます。海の恵み海鮮サラダ\990です。
ウニドレッシングをかけていただきます。
〆の炭水化物は焼きそばにしましょう。やきそば温玉のせ\590。
玉子の黄身を割って、とろりと出てきた黄身を麺にからめていただきます。
5559円なり。

久しぶりに贔屓屋へ行ってみました。
再開記念で、ビールとハイボールが190円です。
ワタクシはニッカハイボール、ご一緒さん（ワクチンfull）はドライ中ジョッキで乾杯。
ハイボールが濃いな。
つきだし 439円はがんもどきです。いい味に炊いてあります。しかし、がんもどき二つで439円か・・・・
鶏セセリポン酢 429円。
ああ、火の通しすぎ。セセリの心地よい弾力がなくなってぱさついてます。
はみ出るとん平焼き 539円です。
豚肉を玉子で巻いてあります。
牛肉さいころステーキ 1056円。
これも火の通しすぎ。
生中を飲み干したご一緒さんはハイボールを追加しています。
串カツウズラ 165円。
熱々の揚げたてです。
チーズいももち揚げ 506円。
ポテトの部分がもちもちっとしているのを期待したのですが、ふつうにマッシュポテトでした。
トンコツラーメン 439円。
寒いので熱いラーメンがありがたいです。
うーん、ツキダシがえらい高いし、鶏セセリも牛さいころステーキも火の通しすぎだし。
4572円なり。
