三ノ宮でランチを探す。歩いていると居酒屋である贔屓屋さんの看板を発見！
昼はランチをやっている。「焼肉丼やきはち」さんが間借りして営業中。お得な焼肉カルビ丼があるらしい。
お店の入り口を入ると階段を下りて地下に広がる落ち着いた空間。
店員さんが急ぎよってきて「手の消毒はされましたか？」と聞かれ、「はい」と答えると、「体温を確認させてください」ということで、検温。「平熱ですね」ということで入店許可がでました。このお店のCOVID-19感染対策は完璧ですね。
メニューから「牛カルビ丼」（990円）を注文。肉増しする？と迷ったけど、ノーマルで。
待っていると店の奥の厨房から「ジャージャー」とものすごい炒める音が…。これは期待できる。
届いてみると秘伝焦がしたれのいい匂いが。早速いただきます。
味のしっかりとついたカルビが染みるおいしさ。肉の下に敷かれた玉ねぎ炒めが甘～い。肉とよく合ってます。
不可思議なのはご飯の熱さ。カンカンですね。口に入れたらやけどしそうな熱さ。
当然肉が冷えることもなくアツアツを食べ進めます。最後までカンカンでした。
みそ汁、サラダがついて990円。これはお得だった。
歩いてみないとわからない名店、メニューって、まだまだたくさんあるんですね。
ご馳走様でした。もちろん満足です。
