昼食を頂きに、こちらのお店へ
お店は地下1階2階までありますが、お昼は地下1階のみで営業されている様です
伺ったのは、平日の昼12時15分頃、先客は8名、後客は1名でした
注文は【カルビ焼き丼セット（990円）】※セットの蕎麦は、うどんに変更可能で、温・冷も選択出来ます
冷蕎麦でお願いしました
提供は、7、8分程でした
熱々のカルビは特選の濃いめのタレと良く絡んで、多少の弾力はありますが、美味しいですね
カルビの下には一緒に炒められたスライスタマネギが敷き詰められており、シャキシャキのネギも乗っていてタレもしっかりとご飯まで染み込んでいますね
蕎麦は細麺ですが、コシがあり、喉越しが良いです
トッピングには天かす、ネギ、ワカメが入って味的にも食感的にも良いですね
付け合わせの茄子のおひたしも肉味噌も乗って一工夫あり、美味しいですね♪
丼も蕎麦も量は予想よりも多く、しっかり食べ応えもありました
仕事中なので、飲みは出来ませんでしたが、昼飲みもOK、駅にも近いので使い勝手が良いと思います
