10/29、三宮。
宛もなくうろうろ店探しをしてみる。
たまには、焼肉も行ってみようかとたまたま見つけたこちらに入る事にする。
店内はそこそこ年季が入っており、最近韓流ドラマにはまっているからか、木製のインテリアや、ダクトを見ると何処と無く韓国テイストを感じる。
ほぼ満席だった。
食べたものは、
付だし(玉ねぎスライス)値段不明。
豚バラ￥480

税抜価格。
付だしの玉ねぎスライスは、玉ねぎが新鮮で辛みの無い非常に美味しい物だった。
あと、個人的に生レバー焼は、やっぱり美味い。
ゴマ油が付いてきたが、"生レバー焼"と言うネーミングは、"生レバー"にわざわざ"焼"と付けたししている時点で、スレスレ感を感じる。
生でも焼いてもどちらでもいいのでしょう。
自己責任。
豚バラは、見るからにジューシーでこれも美味しいんで、オンザライス！
でも、ライス￥380はよくよく考えたら高いな。
ただ、あとの肉全般は至って普通。
ハラミ、カルビも特段ジューシーでも柔らかい訳でも無かったかも。
ちなみに、店員さんは男性女性共に外国人の方だったが、片言でも皆さん一生懸命に応対されていたのが非常に好感を持てた。
