Skirt Steak comes in one piece, so you'll have to cut it with scissors while it's cooking. If you grill the skirt Steak as a whole without cutting it, all you have to do is put it on a plate and eat it with a knife and fork. It's a serious Steak. LOL The person I went with made a ``special skirt steak bowl'' by adding grilled skirt steak, green onions, and a raw egg to white rice, and I thought he was a genius!
