三宮 ミント神戸のスペイン料理店
三宮駅前のミント神戸8階にあるスペイン料理店。店内は仄かに暗く、L字型のカウンター席10席程と2人掛け、4人掛けテーブル席が数組ある。
今回、初めて2人で来店。
まず、生ビール(580円)、サングリア白ワイン(600円)を頼んだ。サングリアの白は季節限定品。
お通しは、じゃがいもの冷製スープ/オリーブとパン(フォカッチャ、バケット)で、パンはお代わり自由。(チャーム代: 350円x2)
お通しは、じゃがいものスープを選び、料理はアラカルトを注文した。
メニューは多彩で、かなり悩んだ結果、タパス3種盛り合せ(980円、鴨ロースと旬の果実のピンチョス、海の幸のサルピコン、牛タンのグリルと夏野菜のエスカリバータ)、蛸のエスカルゴバター焼き(880円)、3種のチーズのトルティージャ(スペイン風オムレツ、780円)、イベリコ豚と野菜のブロチェッタ2本(980円)、明石蛸と鳴門鯛のパエリア(1680円)を頼んだ。
タパス3種盛り合わせは、9種ある本日のタパスから好きなものを3つを選ぶというスタイル。(メニューには、5種盛りや9種盛りもあり)
蛸のエスカルゴバター焼きのソースは美味しかったので、パンに付けて食べた。
パエリアは、調理に20分くらいかかるので、もし食べるなら早めに注文して下さいとのこと。調理方法には、ふっくらと炊き上げるストウブ鍋を使う方法と、パリパリに仕上げるパエリアパンを使う方法の2種類ある。
今回は、ストウブ鍋の方を頼んだ。パエリアは小さいものだったが、リゾットのようにもちっとしていて美味しかった。
パンは食べ放題なので、今度来たときはパンと海鮮鍋をメインにするつもり。

いつも混んでいるので、中々来ることがなかったが、最近周りの店も混んでいて、どうせ並ぶならということで、ずいぶん久しぶりにランチに入った。30分くらい並んだ。奥のテーブル席に案内され、イカ墨のパエリア(¥1100)、海の幸のパエリア(¥1100)を頼んだ。ミニサラダとじゃがいもスープ付き。美味しく頂いた。
