姉上さまのお勧めで来店しました＾＾
ホットぺッパーに載っていたそうです。
ほんと女性のお客さまが多いです。さすが情報早い＾＾
有機野菜と新鮮な旬の食材のこだわり店☆
階段下りて地下へ。。
店内はいると間接照明が効きとても落ち着く空間になっています。
予約し通されたのは掘りごたつタイプの席。
木の温もりを感じる大きなどっしりとしたテーブルです＾＾
メニューを見てみると串ものメインで創作系のお料理ですねぇ。

でもここの軟骨美味しいです。大きくコリコリつくねもたれが上品で美味しい。
★水菜と播州地鶏を軽く炙って湯葉で巻いたサラダ
こちらが1番のおすすめ美味しかった。ゴマのドレッシングが抜群（＾＾）ノ
★蓮根団子とおもちの揚げ出し
薄味でとても食べやすくとろ～り優しいとろみが中々でした♪
★残念だったのは予約2時間制。。
大阪と違い神戸は時間制限、人気店は2時間制が定番です。
なのにその手際の悪さ。。
なかなかお料理がやってこず～届いたと思ったらもう時間・・。
お料理途中に退散です。。初めてですこんなの一言も声かけはなくいたって作業的。。
