土曜の夜に、予約して団体（15人）で入りました。
注文していたのは、鶏チャンプル焼と旬野菜あれこれ2000円コース(全10品)に、飲み放題（＋1000円）をつけてもらいました。
料理は全体的に、まぁ普通といった感じでした。
美味しかったのは、軽く炙ったサーモンのマリネ。1人１、２枚くらいで少ないですが、味付けも良かったです☆
ただ、メインの名物の鶏チャンプル焼きは、味が薄く感じました。この感じだと、ポン酢とかつけて食べた方が美味しいかも・・・。
評判は悪くないので、たまたま味が薄かったののでしょうか・・・・。ちょっと期待はずれだったので残念です。
飲み放題はグラス交換制です。（殆どの居酒屋の飲み放題もこのルールで、注文するとき、またはドリンクを持って来てくれたときに、１つグラスを渡さないといけません）
この店は注文するときに、必ず「グラスを渡してください」と言われます。
当然、ドリンクを注文してから、持ってきてくれるまでは飲み物はないわけです。
まぁ普通のことと言えば普通のことなのですが、どこの居酒屋でも、「持ってきてくれるまでには飲み終えるんで」と言えばけっこう、注文するときは、グラスを渡さずにすみます。
まして、注文してから、ドリンクを持ってきてくれるまでに時間がかかることの多い店だったので、ルールを厳しく守るのはどうかと思いました。
また、私たちの席は2人の店員の方が担当してくれていたのですが、常に笑顔はなく、注文の聞き方も、ドリンクの持ってきかたなども適当でした。
居酒屋ということで、接客という仕事も大変かもしれません。私達のように団体で来る客の接客というのも、苦労することも多いかもしれません。
しかし、それはサービス業の言い訳にはなりません。
店からしたら、たった１つの団体の客を、たった2人の店員が接客したにすぎません。その店員はバイトの人だったのかもしれませんし、他の店員の人はしっかししていたかもしれません。
ただ、私達客にとったら、その１回の飲み会が、大事な一日のイベントのメインであり、それがその日一日が楽しかったかどうかを左右すると言っても過言ではありません。
そういった意味でも、接客・サービス面ていうのは、もっとしっかり教育してほしいと感じますし、店のルールを守ることは良いにしても、最低限の愛想の良さは必要だと思います。
正直言って、久々にイライラして店を出ることになりました。
