今回の一時帰国のテーマは“野球”・“寿司”・“日本酒” (*ﾟ▽ﾟ)ﾉ
その日本酒ですよ 日本酒
やはりホーチミンで日本酒はあるにはありますが、新酒だの夏酒だの期待できません。
こころおきなく呑めるようウコンとしじみのサプリを持参しての一時帰国です。
まずはプレモルでスタート (*ﾟ▽ﾟ)ﾉ

デーゲームを観戦の後というのももちろんありますが、チンチンに冷えていてかつしっかりコクのある日本のビールサイコーです！！(*ﾟ▽ﾟ)ﾉ
ビールはベトナムは安くコンビニでも330Ml缶でVND11,000（≠\55）くらいで激安なんだけど、冷えたものを出す店が少なく、薄いビールを更に氷で呑むので物足りないんだよね。思わず (*>∀<)o(ﾋﾞｰﾙ) ｱｱｱｱって吐息が漏れます。
トマト塩漬け
湯剥きしたトマトを塩水に漬けたもので、口当たりが(ﾟДﾟ)ｳﾏ-!
「鷹勇 涼 夏の純米酒」（大谷酒造/鳥取県東伯郡）
読み方も判らなかった初めて呑む銘柄
爽やかな飲み口がいいね
くんせいベーコンのポテトサラダ
ベーコンはもちろんオニオンスライスのポテトの相性が(ﾟДﾟ)ｳﾏ-!
「石鎚 夏純米」（石鎚酒造/愛媛県西条市）
今回の一時帰国でいろんな銘柄を呑みましたがこれがMVS（Most Valuable Sake）です。
西条に行った際 駅前にコンコンと湧き出る石鎚山の伏流水が印象的でしたが、それを思い出させる清涼感と旨味というか重さと軽やかさが、これ以上ない塩梅です。
新さんま
新さんまだけど脂が乗ってて(ﾟДﾟ)ｳﾏ-!
「土佐しらぎく」（仙頭酒造場/高知県安芸郡）
結構 高知地酒でグイグイキテる銘柄
辛いイメージで呑むと意外に柔らかい印象。
泉州水茄子刺し
皮はちょいと硬めだけどナカのフカフカ感がいいよね。
こういうものが食べれる一時帰国の喜びをかみしめて
