We visited "Sumi Yakiniku Ishidaya. Main Branch", located a 5-minute walk from Hankyu Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Sannomiya Station. Tabelog Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Yakiniku (Grilled meat) ∀≦*) Since I don't have much budget, I went to this restaurant where you can get delicious meat at a reasonable price. I ordered a lot of things, but I'll only review the ones I ate ヽ(´ー｀) ⚪︎Recommended top special set Includes top short ribs, top loin, top red meat, offal, and kimchi. My companion ate the horumon and kimchi, so I'll review the rest (╹◡╹) - Upper ribs - Soft meat with good crispness and melting quickly - Upper loin - You can feel the right amount of fat and the flavor of the meat - Upper lean meat It has less fat and the meat has a strong flavor. I'm not a big fan of fatty meat, so this is my favorite ( ´ ▽ ` ) I ended up ordering an additional item. ⚪︎Special selection Ramushin Meat with just the right amount of fat. It has a different kind of flavor than loin. Unlike the previous meat, it is served with wasabi soy sauce and salt and pepper. ⚪︎ Cold Noodles are super delicious (*´∀｀*) The taste of the soup stock is strong and the elastic egg noodles are delicious. Adding vinegar makes it refreshing and perfect as a finishing touch. I also had rice, and was able to enjoy Yakiniku (Grilled meat) for the first time in a while (*´-`) This time I kept the portions modest, but I was still satisfied (＾∇＾) Thank you for the meal.
