三宮センター街でかつめしを戴いたものの、まだ食べたりない雰囲気の中で立ち寄ったのは『長田本庄軒』さん。
そうです。長田と言えばぼっかけが有名。
三宮センター街でぼっかけ焼きそばと言えばやはり『長田本庄軒』さん。
お店の前にはいつも行列があって敬遠していたのですが、せっかくの神戸ディナーなので少しだけ並びます。
並んでいる間に注文を取りに来られました。
食べ過ぎを考慮して、｢ぼっかけ焼きそば｣並盛690円也に目玉焼きトッピング50円也、加えて夜限定の１品｢ぼっかけ肉豆腐｣300円也にしました。
まもなくカウンターに着席。
まずは肉豆腐から着皿。
豆腐の甘辛煮とぼっかけの融合。
浅草で食べたどて焼きとはまた違う、醤油風味の美味いホルモンでした。
そしてメインの｢ぼっかけ焼きそば｣が面前の鉄板に運ばれます。
予想外に並盛はボリューミー。
ぼっかけもかなり配合されていておネギが大量にトッピングされています。
美味い！
少しだけ水分が多く感じますが、いくらでも戴けそうでした。
あっという間にこちらも完食。
お腹いっぱいの幸せな夜です。
