【ぼっかけ焼きそば（750円）】
いつも行列ができている人気店。
この日は午後3時半ごろに訪問したのでほとんど並ばずに入店できました。
店内はL字型の鉄板カウンターで目の前で調理してくれます。
スペースに対して客席が多いので、座ると両隣りの人と肩やウデが当たりそうで窮屈です。人気店だからしょーがないのかなー
注文したのは名物のぼっかけ焼きそば！
牛すじ肉とこんにゃくを甘辛く煮込んだ神戸市長田区のソウルフードぼっかけが入った焼きそばです。
自家製麺は中太でもちもちしてて美味しいです！ソースはすこし甘め、ぼっかけの旨みが最高です。
そして途中で生卵をトッピング〜！また味わいが変わりこれまた美味✨
さらに、ソース、マヨネーズ、辛口ソース、青のり、鰹節で味変可能です！
