JR三宮駅から徒歩5分のところにあります、「ぎょうざ専門店 赤萬 三宮店」さんに伺いました。「食べログ餃子百名店」を2年連続で受賞されています。
餃子が食べたくなってきました。どのお店にしましょう。以前伺ったことのある、「ひょうたん」さんにするか……いや、ここは初めてのお店にしてみましょう。ということで、神戸屈指の有名店である、こちらの「赤萬」さんに来訪致しました。「ひょうたん」さんと対をなす名店、どの様な特徴があるのか楽しみです。
今回いただいたのは、
⚪︎餃子(1人前7個入り)
ここは1人2人前からの注文となります。そんなに食べれるのか？と不安でしたが、一口サイズの餃子で一安心です。タレは勿論神戸名物の味噌です。「ひょうたん」さんより味噌が甘めで、その分餃子の餡がキャベツ多め・にんにくマイルドで、食べやすく、あっという間に完食。
いや〜美味しかった。個人的には「ひょうたん」さんよりこちらのお店の方が好みかも。是非また再訪したいです。ご馳走様でした。
