絶品な唐揚げが食べられるお店
こちらもお店はランチ、飲みの両方で良く通っています。
ランチでは唐揚げ定食しか選びません。
肉の柔らかさ、中から溢れる肉汁の量、主張しすぎない程良い下味、衣の薄さと揚げ具合、全てのバランスが最高レベルでマッチしていて、私の中でですが、最も美味しい唐揚げだと思います。
三宮エリアにはサンプラザなどに唐揚げ専門店が何箇所かありますが、そのどこよりも美味しいです。
家庭的な唐揚げによくある分厚い衣が苦手なので、ここの唐揚げの薄めの衣は良いです。あと、肉汁のジューシーさに驚きます。食べる価値ありです。

神戸を離れて数年ぶりに訪問。
注文したのはもちろん唐揚げ定食。
パリパリの薄衣でジューシーな大好きなあの唐揚げを楽しみに待っていましたが、出てきた唐揚げは以前のものとは全くの別物でした。
以前は衣が片栗粉によるものだったと思いますが、今回のは小麦粉が多く使われていると思います。
それにより衣が厚くなり、パリパリの食感は失われています。
色も茶褐色になり、やや焦げも気になりました。
また、ジューシーさと旨味も以前に比べる足りないと思います。
私の好みの唐揚げではなくなったため、点数を下げさせてもらいました。
以前の唐揚げはどのお店の唐揚げよりも美味しかっただけに、とても残念です。
メニューの写真にある唐揚げは以前のものだったため、たまたま今回のような唐揚げだった可能性もあるかもしれません。
