三宮で中華、特に炒め物を食べるなら間違いなくここです。
大好物の空芯菜炒めも、お皿にまったく水分が出ていませんでした。
看板メニューのラム串も辛さと旨味が融合して絶品です。
チンジャオロースもオイスターソースと醤油の配合も完璧。
これ、どちらが際立ってもだめなんですよねー。どちらも際立たず、なおかつ風味も味もついているのが一流の証。
野菜も炒めすぎず、熱いのに生のようなシャキシャキした歯ごたえ。
ここのシェフに炒め物を作らせれば、これ以上の炒め物を作れる中華の料理人は
おそらく三宮には存在しないと思います。
店内も中国の家庭のような雰囲気で好きです。
禁断症状のようにここのラム串はまた無性に食べたくなるので
その頃にまたお伺いしますね！
