先日、知り合いが神戸に遊びに来たので、みんなで夜ご飯を食べに行くことにしました。
選んだお店がこちら。
ラム串が人気の味香苑２号店です。
まずは、前菜３種盛合せ。
ピータン、蒸し鶏、クラゲとキュウリの酢の物。
どれもとても美味しいです。
そしてメインのラム串。
これに、卓上にあるチリパウダーを擦り付けていただきます。
スパイスが効いていますが、思ったほどは辛くなく、旨みたっぷりで美味しいです。
スパイスの効果かもしれませんが、臭みは全くありません。
この他にも、酢豚や空芯菜炒めなどいただき、お腹いっぱいです。
この知り合い、実は松坂牛の生産者の方で、家で最もよく食べる食材が、やはり松坂牛とのこと。
普段食べないラム肉に、とても喜んでいただきました。
