This is my first time writing a review on Tabelog ever been to a restaurant where the level of the food and the service were so different. I visited on a Friday night with a junior and two other girls. I was looking forward to going because the reviews were good, but I was surprised when I got off the elevator. A pure white wall... This is the entrance. It may be stylish, but the inorganic wall with no name on it left a cold impression. In contrast, the inside of the restaurant has an atmosphere that is trying to give off a warmth, and I don't understand the difference between the outside and the inside. Even after they took my coat and I sat down, they never brought me a menu or a wet towel, so I couldn't help but ask for a menu. They clearly knew what I was doing at the counter, so why don't they do anything until the customer asks? For the meal, we were served Prosciutto and Fried food for appetizers, but there was no explanation, so I don't know any more. It was good that the items we ordered were served on two plates. It was quite filling, so perhaps it would have been better to choose either the main or the pasta. It's a shame I can't go into any more detail than this. It's been a while since I've been to such an unbelievable restaurant. Other people have written about the service as well. The food was just averagely tasty. But it was just average. For this price, there are many more delicious options. I believe that a meal should include the food and the atmosphere of the venue. So this kind of restaurant is truly disappointing. PS I wanted to give it 1 point, but I was told I couldn't give it 1 point, so I had to give it 1.5 points. I wrote more details and it was deleted, so I have edited it.
