４年ぶりくらいかな？
仕事の都合で神戸を離れてから、なかなか行く機会が無くて、
かなり久々の訪問になってしまいました。
当時は彼女だった嫁と二人で、懐かしさを感じながら予約しての訪問。
お店の雰囲気は相変わらず、三宮のビルの６階に素敵な空間。
オーナーソムリエのサービスの方も、相変わらず淡々とした感じ。
シェフは代わったらしく、カウンターに案内されたのをいい事に質問してみると、まだ２０代半ばとの事。
食事は前菜の盛り合わせ、鱧を使ったフェデリーニ、サマートリュフのリゾット、ビゴール豚のローストを注文。
正直ビックリしました！
失礼かとは思いましたが年齢を聞いて少し料理には不安を抱いたのですが、素晴らしいの一言！
前菜の盛り付けの美しさ、鱧はシッカリとスープもとっているらしくセミドライトマトのアクセントが絶品！
リゾットもトリュフの香りが立つように控えめの味付けと、あとに続くメインへの期待を抱かせる内容！
メインのビゴール豚も火入れの素晴らしさ、シェリービネガーを使ったソースの酸味と甘みのバランスの良さ！
ほんと、感激してしまいました。
ワインとの相性も良く、大満足でした！
ここで書かれてるようなサービスの悪さも特に感じず、ソムリエの方も割とフランクに話してくださって、
楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
妻も満足したようで、また来たいと言っていました。
