本日は
地鶏・黒豚・馬刺しまる九に行ってきました
こちらは自分で焼くスタイルの地鶏焼き。
もも肉、せせり、つくねをオーダー。
美味しく焼けるか不安でしたが
うま〜い。
地鶏の旨さは半端ないですね。弾力があり噛めば噛むほど旨味がでてきます。
つくねもしっかりと味付けしつあり美味しかったです。
次はしゃぶしゃぶや単品ものを食べてみたいです。
美味しかったです。
