寒い日には、温かいしゃぶしゃぶが最適です。この日はしゃぶしゃぶ専門店に足を運び、新鮮な食材と温かいだしで心身ともに温まりました。
しゃぶしゃぶの楽しみ方を教えてくれました。メニューには和牛や豚
最初に運ばれてきたのは、大理石のように美しい色合いの和牛の薄切り。お肉は新鮮そのもので、見ているだけで興奮が高まります。だしが旨いです☆
お肉をしゃぶしゃぶ鍋に浸して一瞬、それをすくい上げ、自分の鍋に入れてさらに野菜やきのこと一緒にしゃぶしゃぶ。しゃぶしゃぶの醍醐味は、その出汁に肉や野菜の旨味が溶け込んでいく様子を見ながら、自分好みの具材を選びながら食べ進めることです。
付けダレも用意されており、柚子ポン酢やごまダレなど、バラエティ豊かでそれぞれの味にアクセントを加えられるのも楽しいポイント。お肉の旨味とだしの優しい味わいが調和して、心地よい食事の時間を過ごすことができました。
